This is a form of yoga that supports women’s health and healing. It teaches how to respect the natural cycle of your womb, how to nurture and strengthen your reproductive system, whilst accessing and honouring the sacred feminine within. 

The practice may include asanas, pranayama, mudra, bandha, deep relaxation and meditation, yoga nidra, visualisations and chants in honour to the higher feminine.
