Womb Yoga is a feminine, soft approach to yoga designed to support women’s health and healing at all stages of life with a special focus on womb health. A practice that leads you to full presence in your body, teaching you to honour your cyclic nature through conscious awareness and reconnection to feminine energy, needs and deep wisdom. We use asanas, breath, ritual, mudras, chanting, meditation and deep relaxation to nourish, revitalize, strengthen and heal our physical, emotional and spiritual body. Beneficial for: menstrual issues, infertility, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, menopause, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, stress, depression, low libido. For women of all ages, with or without a womb (you still have the energetic space).
