Womb Yoga, also known as Well Woman Yoga, is a feminine, soft approach to yoga designed to support women’s health and healing at all stages of life. It leads you to full presence in your body, teaching you to honour your natural womb cycles through conscious awareness and reconnection to feminine energy, needs and deep wisdom. We use asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), rituals, mudras (hand gestures), chanting, meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) to nourish, revitalize, strengthen and heal your womb space, your physical, emotional and spiritual body.
WHO IS WOMB YOGA FOR?
For ALL WOMEN, from menarche to post-menopause. With or without a womb (you still have the energetic space of the womb and you still follow a lunar cycle).
BENEFITS OF WOMB YOGA
MENSTRUATION
Womb yoga promotes a healthy menstrual cycle, alleviates issues like heavy and painful periods, helps you to connect with the sacred aspect of your menstrual cycle and how to explore the gifts of each phase.
FERTILITY – IVF SUPPORT
To boost the health of your reproductive system and enhance egg quality by increasing flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients to your reproductive organs, balancing hormones and reducing stress.
GYNAECOLOGICAl ISSUES
The asanas used in Womb Yoga will massage the organs of the abdomen and uterus and increase blood flow to these areas. This helps to bring fresh oxygen and nutrients, to eliminate toxins and balance hormones. This can alleviate the severity of symptoms and improve the quality of life for people with endometriosis, fibroids and PCOS.
MENOPAUSE
Feel empowered through your transition to menopause. Get beyond the physical and emotional symptoms, open to the spiritual and psychological transformation.
HEALING & EMOTIONAL
Womb yoga can have a mood-boosting effect, releasing tension, fighting depression and anxiety. It can help to regulate the nervous system and let go of difficult thoughts and emotions.

Through connection to your shakti (feminine energy), increased blood flow to your sexual organs, more confidence and relaxion in your body and mind, womb yoga can boost libido and be beneficial for your sexual health.
